These terms apply to JDD Holdings PTY LTD (ABN 69 634 818 152) and govern access to our public website and contractor portal. As a licensed labour hire provider under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic), we must ensure that contractors, clients, and other users understand their obligations when interacting with our systems and services. By using this site or providing information to us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Labour Hire Services
JDD Holdings provides labour hire, contractor placement, and workforce management services throughout Victoria’s Wimmera region. Specific engagements are governed by written host service agreements or contractor assignment schedules, which prevail over these website terms in the event of any inconsistency.
2. Contractor Obligations
Contractors must hold all licences, tickets, medical clearances, and working rights required by Victorian law and the Labour Hire Licensing Scheme. Portal users agree to keep their details accurate, promptly upload updated compliance evidence, report incidents to JDD Holdings immediately, and follow host workplace policies, including WHS procedures and drug and alcohol standards.
3. Client Obligations
Host employers must confirm safe systems of work, provide site-specific inductions, monitor contractor hours, and notify JDD Holdings of incidents or hazards without delay. Clients agree to pay rates and disbursements in line with our service agreement and to allow audits required by the Labour Hire Authority or other regulators.
4. Portal Use & Security
Portal logins are individual and must not be shared. We may suspend or revoke access where we detect security risks, non-compliance, or misuse. You must notify us immediately of any compromised credentials. All portal content is provided “as is” and may be updated or withdrawn at our discretion.
5. Liability & Insurance
JDD Holdings maintains Workers Compensation, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Labour Hire Authority-required insurances. To the extent permitted by Victorian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from host employer acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law or statutory safety duties.
6. Intellectual Property
Website and portal content, including branding, artwork, and copy, remain the property of JDD Holdings or our licensors. You may not reproduce or adapt content without written consent other than for personal reference or legitimate business dealings with us.
7. Privacy & Data Handling
Collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site you consent to the handling practices described there, including disclosures required by the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic).
8. Variations & Contact
